About Bob
Hi. I’m Bob Felix.
This is just to give you a feeling
of who you’ll be talking to.
I had my first experience with hypnosis back in 1991. In
January of that year I decided that I wanted to stop smoking, and
picked May 1st as the target date. I had been smoking
since I was 14, so this was a momentous decision.
Well, a few days later I was looking through the
catalog for Lake Washington Technical College, and
lo-and-behold, a hypnotist was scheduled to do a
stop-smoking session there on May 1st.
This was my date! Was this a signal from the universe?
I had my doubts. After all, I had been an architect and a homebuilder.
I was a practical, no-nonsense sort of guy, and I
didn’t believe in that “woo-woo” stuff. I thought hypnosis was
all about beads and incense and weird music.
I decided to give it a shot, and signed up.
At 6:55 p.m. on the night of May 1st, I stood outside the
building having a cigarette … and it tasted good!
Five minutes later I went into the classroom. I was
disappointed. I thought hypnosis would feel weird; like I was
hallucinating, or had been drugged, or some other
out-of-body experience.
Instead, I felt the same as always. I could hear every
sound in the room. I could hear people coughing and wheezing.
I could hear the hypnotist shuffling papers. I could hear the
air conditioner. I could hear doors opening and closing.
I could hear people walking down the corridors.
I could hear the instructor in the next room.
I figured that I had wasted my time.
Boy, was I wrong. I have not had a cigarette since that day!
And it was easy. At first I thought it was easy
simply because I had decided to quit smoking. I thought
it had been easy because I had good willpower,
and that it had nothing to do with hypnosis.
But now I understand just how powerless willpower
can be when it comes to addictions. Now I understand that
hypnosis made the entire process much easier.
Now, I’m a believer.
I hope you will experience similar success,

Great website Bob! plenty of helpful information to read.
My wife and I took your weight loss class about 3 months ago – wouldn’t have believed it, but we find ourselves eating better, sharing at restaurants or taking some home. Wow! Amazing what we can do with our minds when we decide to =)
Got a co-worker that has a fear of flying and wants to control her impulsive shopping urges. Do you have classes for those or recommendations where she can find them? We are interested in east and north of Seattle preferably. (Monroe – Everett)
Thanks!!
Hi Bob,
I have a quick question for you before signing up for a class. How many classes to I need to attend for it to be affective? Just curious before signing up. Thanks in advance.
Hi Lisa,
I’ve had people email me saying that they began losing a pound per week after just the one 3-hour class.
A lady in the class last week said that she had lost 22 pounds since taking the class in February. She was getting ready to take a vacation in Germany and because she loves beer and schnitzel, had decided to come again just for reinforcement.
Sincerely,
Bob
Hi, Bob! Just a short note to let you know that I was looking back at my wt. loss records and I started your program in May 09!! I can’t believe it’s been that long! On my home scale at that time I weighed 142#; the scale at the school where I worked said 154#!!! Body fat % was 23, ht. 5’4″. I weigh myself weekly now and only vary a few pounds either way. For the last month I’ve been either 105#, 105.6#, or 106.6^ on my home scale. I was 112# at the dr’s. office last week. I’m not taking Lyrica anymore but still take some meds for FM pain; however, my pain is greatly reduceed!
Think of you often as I still use the CDs!! Best regards,
Cheryl
